MrSmith casino (earthwhile Harry Casino) merges with Vernons in what is dubbed as an aggressive takeover. However, trademark issues crop up following which, the then CEO Ulrik Bengtsson decides the brand be renamed as Vernons as the two continue operating jointly. All existing MrSmith customers are hard-migrated to Vernons.
